The service over the phone was…

The service over the phone was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was sourcing a particular type of underlay requested by a customer and was able to order and arrange to pick it up. The problem came on the day the order was due to be picked up we got an email to say the order had been delayed therefore i had to rearrange a days work for the fitter and explain to the customer what had happened and put the job off by a day. I just felt a little disappointed as this was our first order and I had been assured the order would be ready on a certain day.

Although several boxes of flooring were damaged it was not the fault of Flooring King. The delivery company were at fault. Flooring King were extremely helpful in correcting the situation.
